Zylex AI operates on a credit-based system. Each tool costs a specific number of credits to use. Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
New users receive 100 free credits upon signup. This is a one-time offer and cannot be claimed multiple times by creating multiple accounts.
You can purchase additional credits through our website using supported payment methods. All sales are final unless required by law.
Credits do not expire as long as your account remains active. If your account is inactive for more than 12 months, we reserve the right to expire unused credits.
We reserve the right to change credit costs for tools at any time. You will be notified of price changes, and changes will not affect credits you already own.

You are solely responsible for the content you generate using our tools and how you use that content. We do not endorse, verify, or take responsibility for user-generated content.
Automated or excessive use that degrades service performance is prohibited. We implement rate limiting to ensure fair access for all users.
Zylex AI, including our name, logo, website design, proprietary prompts, guidelines, and specialized instructions, are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of content you input into our tools. However, you grant us a limited license to process your content through AI APIs to provide our service.
Content generated by our AI tools is yours to use. However, AI-generated content may not be eligible for copyright protection under current laws. You are responsible for verifying the originality and legality of generated content.

You may delete your account at any time through your dashboard or by contacting us. Unused credits will be forfeited upon account deletion.

Upon termination, your access to the service will cease, and all data will be deleted according to our Privacy Policy. Unused credits are forfeited.
